The G&A Finance team is part of Cloudflares FP&A and Business Operations org responsible for enterprisewide planning forecasting and capital allocation. We partner across G&A functionsincluding Legal People IT and Financeto drive strategic decisions and help scale operations in a highgrowth environment. About the role

Were looking for a highperforming Finance Manager to join our G&A Finance team. In this role youll work directly with Cloudflares CFO CLO CIO CPO and other senior leaders to support critical decisionmaking across our corporate functions. This is more than just reporting the numbersyoull build models that guide investment strategy improve operational efficiency and help shape how the business scales.

What youll do

• Partner with senior G&A leaders (CFO CLO CIO CPO) to support strategic decisionmaking budgeting and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain financial models that drive strategy planning and investment decisions.
• Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through monthly reporting variance analysis and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthend close and flux analysis ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
• Design and implement scalable repeatable processes that support our rapid growth.
• Work crossfunctionally with FP&A teams supporting GTM R&D and Product to ensure alignment and holistic financial planning.
• Contribute to longrange planning and annual operating plan development for G&A functions.

Examples of desirable skills knowledge and experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A strategic finance or related roles; ideally with 3 years as a Financial Analyst
• Experience in highgrowth public SaaS or multinational environments preferred
• Strong operational mindset with a passion for process optimization and scale
• Intellectually curious with a problemsolving orientationability to break down complex issues and build datadriven solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill financial data into actionable insights for crossfunctional stakeholders
• Comfortable playing up and down the stackcan zoom in on data accuracy and process detail while also supporting leadershiplevel discussions
• Thrives in fastpaced ambiguous environments; brings structure and prioritization without being told what to do
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets required; strong modeling scenario analysis and data manipulation capabilities
• Familiarity with Anaplan Workday NetSuite and Tableau a plus
• Bachelors degree required; MBA or masters in finance/accounting a plus but not required
