Responsibilities
- Greetcustomers promptly
- Maintain a high CSI score
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age mileage and vehicle history
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently
- Communicate all completed work and charges to customers
- Provide an excellent overall customer service experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automobiles preferred
- Friendly and positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSE focused
