Job Description Sous Chef and Line Cook
Blue Mint Thai and Asian Cuisine is looking for a Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our amazing team at our Mansfield location. We are a familyoriented happy and passionate staff looking to grow our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make award winning Thai and Asian food in a fun work environment.
- Have a fantastic and teamoriented attitude in a highenergy Asian kitchen.
- Communicate well with a diverse kitchen and staff.
- Make our food presentation look amazing for our loyal customers.
- Assist in food prep for our awardwinning Thai and Asian food.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all local state and federal safety laws.
- Understand and practice safe food and equipment handling techniques.
- Have a great attitude and love working in a positive and highpaced team environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef/Line Cook preferred...but willingness to work hard is a must.
- Must be able to work in hot and loud Thai kitchen most of the time.
- Must be able to be in standing position for long periods of time (with breaks).
- Must be able to safely lift boxes and other kitchen tools/supplies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks for a firstclass customer experience.
Job Types: Fulltime and PartTime Day and Evening Shifts up to 10 hours
Pay: $13.00 per hour plus tipsharing.
