Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Database Trainer to be in charge of creating and facilitating global trainings for all 106 countries as well as running quality assurance maintenance.

What to expect:
- Create maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Wis documents enduser documentation
- Maintain and pilot the data content and dictionary of our Database OneKey for all countries
- Assists team with questions relating to OneKey Data (respond to tickets escalated to Governance team about new fields new codifications)
- Supports special projects relation to OneKey Data Harmonization OneKey Quality
- Train enduser on backoffice tool
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders to coordinate data collection for Governance projects
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements
- Knowledge and use with MS Office products (Excel Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with various levels of the organization
- Demonstrates ability to work independently as well as within a group
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Local language skills to and advanced level (spoken and written) with complete fluency in English
- Ability to work in multinational environment
- Knowledge in database
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and experience with pharmaceutical data (medical hospital pharmacy claims data) would be a plus but not a must
