Position: Speech Therapist
Location: Birkwood Village Fort Madison Iowa and Montrose Health Center Montrose Iowa
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech language and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy and interventions to improve communication skills
- Educate residents and families on effective communication strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications
Qualifications:
