Description:

The Caregiver/CNA is responsible for providinghighquality safe and supportivecare to patients inthe comfort oftheirownhomes.In addition the Caregiver/CNAwillassist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and other necessary taskthat are essential to their every day living.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Education Certification License:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Current TB Testing
• CPR/First Aid(will provide resources if needed).
• DCW Training (will provide resources ifneeded).
• Fingerprint Clearance (will resources toobtain).
• Minimum of 3years of experienceinhealthcare hospitalityor inhome care environment.
• Hoyer Lift Experience(client specific requirement).
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Valid Drivers License andreliable transportation required.
• Must be 18yrs or older
