Responsibilities:

  • Execute the engineering strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives technology roadmaps and industry trends.
  • Lead and oversee multiple engineering teams fostering a highperformance culture focused on innovation scalability and delivery excellence.
  • Architect and govern largescale distributed systems and enterpriselevel solutions ensuring technical best practices and design principles are followed.
  • Shape the technology vision evaluating emerging trends and recommending strategic investments in tools frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Establish and enforce engineering excellence including coding standards architectural guidelines security practices and DevOps automation.
  • Lead technical governance and decisionmaking balancing innovation with risk management cost efficiency and longterm maintainability.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions.
  • Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or similar objectoriented programming languages).
  • Advanced SQL programming with expertise in database performance tuning for largescale datasets.
  • Strong experience with relational (MS SQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB DynamoDB etc..
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop Databricks Spark Nifi ETL) is a plus.
  • Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS Azure GCP) including cloudnative services.
  • Strong expertise in Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Handson experience with largescale messaging systems such as Kafka RabbitMQ or commercial equivalents.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
