Mobile Road Safety Camera Operator Currently hiring in the following areas

As a Mobile Road Safety Camera Operator youll make a positive impact by:

  • Setting up and monitoring speed detection equipment
  • Assessing reviewing and monitoring locations ensuring they are free of interference to support the prosecution of images
  • Accurate reporting and record keeping via provided electrical devises

To be successful in this role youll have:

  • Availability 24/7. Were looking for team members to work scheduled sessions through a 24/7 operation. Given the nature of the operational requirements and roster pattern over a 24/7 period if you have other regular commitments this role may not suit your circumstances
  • Full working rights are a mandatory requirement for this role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to be comfortable in an autonomous work environment
  • A current Victorian drivers licence
  • Computer literacy skills

Please note:

  • To be considered for this role you must be fully willing to complete medical checks preemployment and security checks along with a psychometric assessment.
  • A complete drivers history report will also be required and considered as part of the recruitment process

Medical requirements for this role

You will be required to undertake a medical assessment as part of the application process where a medical professional will assess your ability to meet requirements including but not limited to the following:

  • Any medical conditions that may impact on or your health be placed at risk by sitting for up to 12 hours per day.
  • Any medical reasons for reduced mobility for the purposes of following safety instructions and directions
  • Any medical reasons why you may not be able to meet the inherent requirements of the role.
  • A current Victorian drivers licence is required for this role and a complete drivers history report will also be required and considered as part of the recruitment process
  • Given the nature of the operational requirements and roster pattern over a 24/7 requirement if you have other regular commitments this role may not suit your circumstances
  • Accurate reporting and record keeping via provided electrical devises is a requirement for the role accuracy and computer literacy skills is a mustfor candidates
