RAPP Dallas is looking for an Associate Director UX to join our awardwinning Experience Strategy team.

Part of Omnicoms Precision Marketing Group RAPP is comprised of 2000 creatives technologists strategists and data and marketing scientists across 15 global markets.
YOUR ROLE:
As an Associate Director of UX you will be responsible for leading UX Design and research on our top client accounts. You will lead in the transformation of our experience requirements into beautiful experience maps journeys flows wireframes and prototypes. Youll design and lead user testing research to optimize these experiences. You will work closely with experience planners creative and copy teams to see experiences through to the finish line. Youll be a trusted advisor to the clients agency partners and our internal team to help realize our UX goals and overall vision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading UX design best practices and conducting user research
- Work with business units to understand the objectives.
- Help guide discovery sessions.
- Help build and maintain early UX documents like personas and journey maps.
- Facilitate design thinking collaboration sessions.
- Collaborate with technology and creative teams to understand feasibility and brand alignment requirements.
- Design and iterate on unbelievably cool experiences.
- Annotate validate and present defensible cases for the choices youve made to team and clients.
- Create and manage enterpriselevel component design libraries as well as clickable proptotypes using Figma for ideation solutioning user testing and development.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree
- 6 years of UX/IA experience. Interactive agency experience strongly desired.
- Strong experience in user testing research (test design test moderation creating and presenting test results).
- Beneficial to have supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience using leading user testing moderated & unmoderated platforms for research.
- Produce effective wireframes design mockups and prototypes to communicate ideas to others.
- Understanding of the types of experiences that are made possible by current digital technologies.
- Knowledge of crossbrowser crossplatform crossdevice implementation techniques. As well as crosschannel UX experience (email text web mobile app etc).
- Strong experience with design libraries (delopment and management of components at an Enterprise level).
- Strong expertise in Figma crafting UX deliverables.
- Experience supporting user usability testing integration. Beneficial to have experience creating and/or moderating user testing.
- A strong UX portfolio showcasing impactful case studies.
- The ability to walk your team and clients through your findings and recommendations.
- The ability to facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and groupthink sessions.
- A team player with excellent attention to detail.
- An understanding of a variety of technology frameworks usability heuristics and design trends.
- Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies that impact UX design and research.
- Beneficial to have financial institutions pharma and/or automotive client experience.
- Beneficial to have experience leading offshore resources.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill set experience and training certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
