The Opportunity
This handson role is located in our manufacturing facility in Bangor Maine based within our Test Room. This team is responsible for the electronic test of products. Responsibilities will include:
- Tuning and aligning frequency dependent subsystems;
- Testing and troubleshooting of AM / FM broadcast transmitters and associated equipment;
- Testing and troubleshooting field returns;
- Working across the organization to resolve any issues;
- Interfacing with customers during Factory Acceptance Testing.
What youll need
Qualifications
Candidates for the role should:
- Have a technical diploma and ideally experience in: working with analog digital and power electronic circuits and systems; working with RF systems (MF HF VHF); using electronic test equipment; testing and troubleshooting to the component level.
- Be able to troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems;
- Have the ability to read blueprints;
- Be able to communicate effectively;
- Work well in a team environment as well as use your own initiative;
- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
