Air Conditioning Mechanic in Dandenong!
We have multiple Positions throughout Melbourne and Australia
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance:
Install and maintain diverse air conditioning systems.
Conduct routine maintenance for system longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly.
2. Repair and Servicing:
Perform repairs on malfunctioning units.
Service existing systems for optimal performance.
Provide timely solutions to client
reported problems.
3. Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients addressing their needs.
Educate clients on system usage and maintenance.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations repairs and maintenance.
Complete service reports documenting parts used for invoicing.
5. Qualifications:
Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. Relevant trade qualification or certification.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
