This is a pivotal newly created leadership role born from the exponential growth within our Drug Design Medicinal Research (DDMR) organization and the strategic importance of our Machine Learning Research team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of drug design by contributing/ leading the evolution and delivery of Isomorphic Labs cuttingedge ML product suite.
You will execute on the technical vision drive strategic initiatives and foster seamless collaboration across multiple research engineering and product functions directly impacting our ability to revolutionize drug discovery. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to mentor and influence a highperforming engineering team ensuring our platforms and products are at the forefront of innovation.
You will be a key driver in translating groundbreaking research into tangible realworld impact. Partnering closely with other senior leadership across Software Engineering Platform Research and Product you will have the opportunity to push the boundaries of whats technically possible and lead a critical function that underpins Isomorphic Labs ambitious vision for transforming the pharmaceutical landscape.

Its hugely important for us to share knowledge and build strong relationships with each other and we find it easier to do this if we spend time together in person. This is why we follow a hybrid model and would require you to be able to come into the office 3 days a week (currently Tuesday Wednesday and one other day depending on which team youre in).
