Job Description
Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a coeducational nongovernment school for ELC to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs Palmerston and Leanyer.
Applications are sought for suitably qualified and experienced Early Learning Centre (ELC) Team Leaders to join and lead the dynamic Early Learning teams based at Howard Springs and Palmerston on a permanent fulltime basis.
The ELC Team Leader is responsible for providing long day care programs for children aged 3 and 4 years in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
The ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care preferably have prior leadership experience in an ELC setting and demonstrate a passion for supporting young children in their early educational journey.
