Aztrum is delighted to be working with an Award Winning Practice based in Oxford. As my client look to expand they are excited to bring expertise to new projects and partnerships within the Residential sectors including developments private housing conservation and commercial projects.
The Role: As an Architectural Technician you will be an integral part of the design process translating conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinating with architects engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
- Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to design challenges.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
To qualify for this Architectural Technician role:
- A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
