We are seeking a driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our team as a Sales Development Team Lead. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business through emails LinkedIn cold calls and account development.
- Lead a small effective team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on a daily basis.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative followup communications.
- Identify qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and pass them on to the Sales Executive team.
- Log opportunities in HubSpot and follow the sales process under the guidance of the Sales Executive team.
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Provide reports on SDR activity and lead status.
- Develop a high level of competency and understanding of KMS Lighthouse products.
- Build a network of accounts and customers via HubSpot LinkedIn and networking events.
- Help coordinate events with partners and attend events a few times per year to generate leads.
Requirements :
- 4 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS to enterpriselevel companies.
- Prior experience in lead generation.
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Motivation drive and a selfstarting attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment.
- Ability to multitask take initiative prioritize and manage time effectively.
