Job Description

Workload: 100

Get handson experience in designing usercentered digital services at Axpo. Youll support real projects collaborate with experts and help shape intuitive engaging products for our users.

What you will do:

  • Support the UX team in wireframing prototyping and visual design using tools like Figma

  • Conduct user research such as interviews surveys and usability testing

  • Analyze insights to inform design decisions

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align design with business goals

  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback

  • Improve UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

What you bring & who you are:

  • Recently completed a degree in Design HCI Psychology or a related field

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices

  • Familiarity with Figma

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Interest in user research and usability testing

  • A portfolio with academic or personal projects is a plus

About the team:
Youll be joining a dynamic and supportive UX team at Axpo working in a crossfunctional environment where ideas are valued and learning is part of the everyday journey.This is a paid internship with an initial duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension and potential to transition into a fulltime role. The position includes additional benefits and may involve occasional travel to our Madrid office.
