The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a passionate and experienced English teacher with a proven track record of success at KS3KS5.
Have experience in leading mentoring or managing a team within a school environment.
Be an innovative and dynamic leader able to drive forward curriculum development and teaching excellence.
Inspire students with a love for English fostering strong literacy analytical and communication skills.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills with a commitment to high academic standards.
Be eager to contribute to extracurricular activities such as literary events school publications and debating clubs.
