We are searching for a strong communicator who will support us during the launch phase of our new RPG Crawler Mobile Dungeon from the developers of Shakes & Fidget. We foresee a strong growth of our player base within the next weeks and beyond mainly for our English speaking community. The candidate should be able to support us outside of the developers office hours (developer is based in Germany) to ensure interaction with the playerbase on channels like Discord.

YOUR BACKSTORY
Experience in customer service or support on a a freetoplay game
Excellent English written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with community members
Ability to work independently
Interest in games or tech
Detailoriented
Highly motivated

YOUR MISSION
Monitor and moderate the community to maintain a safe and respectful environment
Engage with the community regularly initiate conversations and encourage interaction
Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly escalate issues when necessary
Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights to Community Managers and the development team
Learn the game and help base; stay uptodate on releases and issues to assist users
Assist with translations for informational posts
Full Time
