About the Role
As a Stewarding Supervisor you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership and luxury hospitality.
What Youll Do
- Supervise and actively participate in the cleaning of all Kitchen and Back of House areas.
- Be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Stewarding department whilst ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- Establish thorough cleaning specifications in manual format and introduce same by conducting effective training programs.
- Inform the Chief Steward immediately of any sickness or absence within the department.
- Ensure that the proper cleaning material and quantity of same are used for the correct purpose and thus ensuring that overusage is minimised.
- Ensure that the storage of all equipment and cleaning materials is safe and orderly at all times.
- Notify immediately a senior member of any faulty/unsafe equipment practices.
- Ensure that the availability and highest standard of cleanliness of cutlery and crockery are provided as and when required.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and resolve problems quickly.
