Job Description

About the Role:
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Epicor Operations Analyst to lead ERP integration efforts and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. This is a highimpact handson role requiring deep Epicor expertise operational insight and a passion for driving process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ERP implementations and a robust understanding of manufacturing operations particularly in production MES and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Epicor ERP 10.2 and Kinetic implementations across multiple manufacturing locations.

  • Provide daily operational and user support for Epicor ERP across 12 business units.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with business stakeholders plant managers and IT to align ERP capabilities with operational goals.

  • Analyze and improve core business processes with a focus on Quote to Shipment production floor operations MES and supply chain.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations and ERP functionality.

  • Travel up to 50 to domestic and international facilities to provide onsite support and training.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of handson experience with ERP implementation and support preferably with Epicor 10.2 or Kinetic.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production scheduling MES and shipping/receiving.

  • Proven ability to manage ERPrelated projects from planning through postgolive support.

  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to drive business process improvements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Project management experience or certifications.

  • Experience working in a multisite international manufacturing organization.

  • Exposure to BI reporting and data analytics in a manufacturing context.
