Job Description
About the Role:
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Epicor Operations Analyst to lead ERP integration efforts and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. This is a highimpact handson role requiring deep Epicor expertise operational insight and a passion for driving process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ERP implementations and a robust understanding of manufacturing operations particularly in production MES and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Epicor ERP 10.2 and Kinetic implementations across multiple manufacturing locations.

Provide daily operational and user support for Epicor ERP across 12 business units.

Collaborate crossfunctionally with business stakeholders plant managers and IT to align ERP capabilities with operational goals.

Analyze and improve core business processes with a focus on Quote to Shipment production floor operations MES and supply chain.

Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations and ERP functionality.

Travel up to 50 to domestic and international facilities to provide onsite support and training.
Required Qualifications:

5 years of handson experience with ERP implementation and support preferably with Epicor 10.2 or Kinetic.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production scheduling MES and shipping/receiving.

Proven ability to manage ERPrelated projects from planning through postgolive support.

Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to drive business process improvements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:

Project management experience or certifications.

Experience working in a multisite international manufacturing organization.

Exposure to BI reporting and data analytics in a manufacturing context.
