Job Description

Position Overview

A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking a handson Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of equipment reliability facility maintenance and engineering project . This role is pivotal in minimizing downtime extending asset life and supporting longterm operational excellence through strategic planning continuous improvement and crossfunctional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering team to ensure high equipment uptime and plant reliability.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance program.
  • Oversee capital projects installations and process improvement initiatives from concept through .
  • Optimize maintenance budgets and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising safety or performance.
  • Champion a safetyfirst culture across all maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to support process control and s reduction efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
  • Utilize CMMS systems to monitor performance and support datadriven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive maintenance/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Strong proficiency in CMMS Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Solid understanding of lean tools TPM and process optimization.

Preferred

  • CAD experience
  • Familiarity with winding or magnet wirerelated processes
  • Six Sigma certification
