Who we are: You will be working closely with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs at the Rapid Pioneers Group. Over the past few years we have cofounded and invested in some of the most iconic consumer brands in Europe. The current portfolio of over 40 companies (Yepoda enpal everdrop Lap Coffee Wild Deo Fitvia to name a few) raised more than $2000m in followon capital and employs over 10.000 people.
Tasks
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a stellar individual to support us with one of our newest and most promising technology startups. This will be for a new vertical within a very successful HR tech business.
In this role you will:
- Validate New Verticals: Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities. Youll codecide which business verticals we should launch in and hel define our gotomarket approach.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Own key business development initiatives. Youll generate leads close deals and build strategic partnerships that accelerate our revenue and brand presence.
- Take Full Ownership: From ideation to youll iterate on strategies and be fully accountable for delivering results. Youll have the freedom to test new ideas learn from them and refine approaches.
- Expand Your Network: Build and leverage relationships with top brands entrepreneurs and investors. Access a vibrant ecosystem that will help you bring big opportunities to life.
Requirements
Our expectations:
- Professional or entrepreneurial experience in challenging & highpaced environment preferred (startup VC consulting)
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a good university and 2 years of work experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- The right mindset of positivity curiosity candoattitude and embracing challenges
- An affinity for technology and consumer trends
- Fluency in English. German optional
