Location: Lock Haven PA 17745
Position Type: Fulltime 40 hours/week MF)
Salary Range: $40.00 $55.00 per hour (salaried)
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Permanent position in Lock Haven PA. This position is fulltime 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates but please note this is a PT ONLY role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies procedures and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure highquality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget resources and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting with at least 2 years in a Director of Rehab (DOR) role.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Valid state and therapist license (PT) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. (Required)
