Location: Franklin WV 26807
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25 $27/hr
Assignment Duration: Permanent

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a permanent basis. As a COTA you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide highquality therapy services and help patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients ability to perform daily activities.
- Document patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with the OT interdisciplinary team patients and families to ensure effective care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance daily living and mobility.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings inservice training and continuous education programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience (new grads welcome).
- Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
