Job Description

Overview
The Executive Recruitment and Selection plays a pivotal role in the human resources business ensuring that the clients attract and hire the best talent to meet their needs. This position is crucial for fostering a productive workforce through effective recruitment strategies. The Executive will be responsible for understanding the hiring requirements of various clients developing suitable recruitment plans and managing the entire selection process. With an emphasis on building relationships and promoting the employer brand this role contributes significantly to the client company s success by sourcing candidates who align with its culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to various roles.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms networking and job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability.
  • Facilitate the interview process with the hiring managers.
  • Coordinate preemployment assessments and background checks.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future job openings.
  • Manage and update the recruitment database regularly.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and promote the employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends talent market conditions and best practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of various interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethics.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in the recruitment industry.
  • Experience in using social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
