Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Santacruz(West) Mumbai

Job Type: Internship (Parttime/Fulltime)


Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As an intern you will gain handson experience in various HR functions and support the HR department with administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in HR while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help with employee engagement activities including surveys events and recognition programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports presentations and other documentation.
  • Help manage the HR database and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for HRrelated tasks such as filing document management and correspondence.
  • Assist with performance management processes including tracking and organizing performance reviews.
  • Participate in HR projects including research and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with HRrelated communications including drafting announcements and memos.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
