Job Title: Business Analyst Trainee
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship / Trainee Program
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or finalyear students to gain handson experience in business analysis project coordination and datadriven decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with senior business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Assist in preparing business documentation including BRDs user stories and process flows.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.

Assist in creating dashboards reports and presentations for internal use.

Support the team in identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
-
Participate in client meetings requirement gathering sessions and brainstorming discussions.

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including development design and QA.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Basic understanding of business analysis principles and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Selfmotivated organized and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence or Trello.

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio.

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to SQL or basic data analysis techniques.
