Name of position: Microsoft Power Apps Developer

Job Description: The developer will support the technical conversion of the JAGLINK application from SharePoint to Microsoft Power Apps working closely with the Architect and Navy stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Power Apps solutions replicating JAGLINK s current UI and functionality.
- Implement profile detail forms dashboards and preference sheets in Power Apps.
- Collaborate on data migration strategy and implement integration with FlankSpeed.
- Perform testing (internal and stakeholderbased) and assist with technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of handson SharePoint and Power Apps development.
- Experience with SharePoint OOTB HTML CSS JavaScript.
- Ability to develop responsive and secure Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Navy/DoD environments is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in Workday HCM and technical implementations Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Report Writer Proven experience managing Workday technical integrations and system configuration for HR systems Familiarity with payroll, benefits, recruiting, time tracking, and absence management modules Experience with Workday security, calculated fields, and custom reports Strong communication skills and experience working on-site with public sector clients PMP or Workday certification (highly desirable) This role requires expertise in Workday, including but not limited to, business processes, calculated fields, and compensation structures (grade profiles, salary plans, allowances, bonuses, eligibility rules, and compensation packages). It also involves data conversion, benefits administration, and report writing (standard, matrix, advanced, and trending reports), as well as working with custom business objects. Key technical skills include payroll, time tracking, attendance management, inbound/outbound EIBs, and custom integrations. Additionally, experience in event management, release management, self-service configuration, and security (security groups, domain security policies, and functional area security policies) is necessary. The role also involves managing different Workday environments, including implementation, sandbox, and production tenants.
