We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead signage projects from initiation
to completion ensuring excellence in and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Oversee signage projects including design permitting fabrication and
installation phases.
Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and
costeffective project delivery.
2. Client Communication:
Act as the primary liaison with clients providing updates addressing concerns
and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and
retention.
3. Permitting and Compliance:
Manage signage permitting processes including securing required approvals
from local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the permitting team to address any challenges that arise during
the approval process.
4. Team Coordination:
Work closely with design fabrication and installation teams to ensure all project
requirements are met.
Assign tasks monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
5. Quality Control:
Ensure all signage meets Blink Signs' quality standards and adheres to client
specifications.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify successful project .
6. Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project expenses ensuring budgets are maintained without
compromising quality.
Proactively identify costsaving opportunities.
7. Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize
delays or challenges.
8. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation including permits contracts and
progress reports.
Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years in project management preferably in the signage construction or
related industries.
Skills:
Knowledge of signage design permitting and installation processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with local signage regulations permitting processes and installation
standards is a plus.
