Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Staff Nurse Pre Assessment Clinic for a Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Create and record a care plan based on best practices and the needs of the patient.
- Use a consistent and adaptable approach when implementing the created care plan.
- Complete and precisely complete required orders.
- Deliver care in a fast accurate and safe manner with little supervision.
- Preserve a secure atmosphere for patients guests and coworkers.
- As needed speak up for the patients while maintaining their privacy and dignity.
- Operate efficiently in an emergency scenario.
- Adjust to workloads that change.
- Recognise and adhere to all applicable laws including those established by the NMBI.
- Care plans should be properly reviewed and updated.
- Assess ones own nursing practice in relation to care standards and be aware of ones own capabilities.
Requirements
- Registered with the NMBIs general division
- Have worked as a fulltime or equivalent parttime nurse in an acute hospital setting for at least two years after becoming a registered nurse with one year spent in a surgical setting.
- Maintain a current Basic Life Support course.
- Anaesthetic experience is advantageous.
