Job Description
Our CLient is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in the Phoenix AZ office. Candidates must have 3 years of litigation practice experience and an active Arizona Bar license. Strong candidates will have an interest in natural resource litigation real property litigation including condemnation some environmental and commercial and contract litigation. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience including file responsibility motion practice and deposition experience
- Experience working with ediscovery software
- Exceptional advocacy research writing and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detailoriented and organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
