Job Description
Private Client Solicitor 3 PQE Grangemouth Stirlingshire
We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join this growing Law Firm in Grangemouth Stirlingshire. The successful candidate will have 3 years experience in private client law with a particular focus on wills and trusts.
The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of private client matters including the preparation of wills trusts powers of attorney and estate administration. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and conscientious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of private client matters including the preparation of wills trusts powers of attorney and estate administration
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Litigation and advocacy
- Managing client relationships
- Providing training and support to junior members of the team
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with3 years experience in private client law with a particular focus on wills and trusts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong research and drafting skills
