Lead Installation Technician
Redmond WA
Our client a leading American midmarket provider of commercial grocery and foodservice equipment is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installation Technician to oversee the installation troubleshooting and maintenance of commercial food equipment. Lead Installation Technician Responsibilities:
- Install program dismantle and reassemble equipment onsite.
- Confirm installation schedules with customers.
- Guide and coach installers on work steps tool usage and job performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and solutions.
- Maintain vehicle inventory and appearance.
Lead Installation Technician Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of commercial installation experience.
- High school diploma GED or trade school certification.
- Strong electrical/electronic and mechanical skills (with hydraulics welding and/or electrical acumen).
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and read schematics.
- Basic understanding of refrigerant piping and soldering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
