We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in sales with a strong understanding of sales channels and Salesforce administration. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and account status

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales channels and strategies
- Salesforce administrator certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
