We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dental Clinics. This leadership role is essential to ensuring the efficient coordination of clinical and administrative functions while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic planning implementation and evaluation of clinical and administrative programs to support departmental objectives.
- Act as a liaison between providers and staff ensuring clear communication of clinical priorities and work assignments.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with dental programs across the city and state to enhance collaboration and recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the Associate Dental Directors and Human Resources to update and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of both clinical and administrative personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide direct clinical support as a Dental Hygienist including:
- Performing professional dental cleanings (scaling and polishing).
- Documenting existing restorations and identifying potential concerns.
- Taking diagnostic Xrays to assess decay and disease.
- Administering fluoride treatments and updating patient medical records.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance activities including audits of patient scheduling registration and inventory management to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing & PR Director to promote dental services and community outreach initiatives.
- Lead recruitment training and professional development of clinical and administrative staff to build an efficient and highperforming team.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of two 2 years of clinical oral health experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office administration operational systems and healthcare policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
