As a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist you ll manage the overnight operations of a revolutionary mobile IV therapy service ensuring seamless coordination between patients and medical professionals. This position offers unique exposure to the healthcare industry while providing essential support services in a dynamic growthoriented environment. You ll be part of an innovative team that s reshaping how healthcare services are delivered making a real difference in patients lives while developing valuable skills in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for overnight patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate mobile medical services by managing an advanced scheduling system
  • Facilitate efficient communication between patients and mobile medical teams
  • Process service requests and maintain accurate scheduling records
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between shift changes for continuous service delivery
  • Utilize modern healthcare scheduling and CRM systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all patient interactions and service arrangements
  • Support the optimization of service delivery routes and schedules
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes


Requirements


  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Previous customer service experience in a scheduling or coordination role
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a healthcare environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
