Cloud Developer

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Azure Developer to join an agile development team that supports a range of missioncritical web and Windows applications for both internal and publicfacing use. This is a fully remote opportunity.

The selected candidate will design develop maintain and enhance applications on the Microsoft Azure platform and work on integration with ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) and SaaS systems. The role demands a proactive developer comfortable with modern DevOps practices and cloudnative tools and services.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of documented Azure development experience and the ability to independently handle complex development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design code and implement scalable cloudnative applications using Microsoft Azure services.
  

• Work with Azure Functions Logic Apps App Services AKS and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
  

• Develop and manage cloud resources using Terraform Bicep or ARM Templates.
  

• Create and consume RESTful APIs apply identity and access management (IAM) and follow Azure security best practices.
  

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  

• Participate in Agile development cycles and collaborate with team members architects and business analysts.
  

• Monitor and optimize performance using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights.
  

• Contribute to DevOps practices including environment provisioning automation and security hardening.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Azure Certifications: AZ204 (Azure Developer Associate) AZ400 (DevOps Engineer Expert)
  

• Experience with Jira responsive design mobilefirst development
  

• Prior experience with public sector or election systems is a plus
