Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Van Sales Representative to manage a designated route selling our products to existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships identifying new sales opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a designated route visiting existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Sell products to customers negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Process sales orders manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Promote products services and promotions to customers and provide product demonstrations and training as required.
- Analyze sales data identify trends and provide insights to management to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records including sales reports customer interactions and inventory management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
