Welcoming Community Hospital located near Phoenix AZ has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist. Details are listed below.
Pay: $84000 $105000 / Annually
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Fulltime direct hire position
- Day shift schedule: 410 Hour shifts / weekly
- Flexible shift options
- A full Benefits package with PTO
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Performs evaluations reevaluations treatments and discharges that meet the current standards of the discipline of physical therapy and the hospital.
- Documents progress notes physician communication and discharge notes for all patients seen
- Prepares and submits patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information
- Closeknit team of Therapists work with each other Physical Therapist Assistants administrative individuals and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive caring treatments
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in physical therapy or higher
- Current AZ Physical Therapist license and ability to obtain an NPI number
- BLS Certified
