Job Description
We are seeking a BoardCertified or BoardEligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for a wellestablished Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Akron Ohio. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with impactful program leadership.
Position Highlights:
Medical Director role at a busy Inpatient Rehab Facility
Monday Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
Approximately 20 administrative duties within scope of leadership
High Medical Director stipend
Experienced interdisciplinary team and administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Interest in inpatient rehab team collaboration and clinical program growth
Strong leadership mindset with a focus on quality care and outcomes
Location: Akron OH

Requirements
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Active medical license in the state where the facility is located.
