Job Description
Rehabilitation Tech (CNA)
Rehabilitation Tech (CNA) provides direct patient care focuses on patient safety and harm prevention collaborates with the nurse to carry out the patients care plan. The Rehab Tech supports the patient by reinforcing therapy techniques monitoring medical stability (vitals and blood sugars) and ensuring patient nutrition. The Rehab Tech ensures patient Activities of Daily Living are completed assists with supply management and timely patient transportation.
What is required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with State of Georgia or 1 year tech experience
CPR certification
