Your Mission at Elis
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring top talent
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract highcalibre candidates
- Screen assess and support hiring managers in selecting the right people
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to create strategic hiring solutions
- Ensure a seamless highquality candidate experience from start to finish
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes
