Need shirts Weve got your back! Tshirts is an eclectic uplifting and psychedelic company offering a unique assortment of tshirts jewelry candles blankets socks and more! We are experts in screen printing embroidery and fulfillment. Our team of artists and production wizards create custom apparel designs for both retail and wholesale needs and provide fulfillment solutions for branded apparel and gear.
With reach that extends nationwide into Canada and capabilities ranging from basic shirt designs for individuals to ecommerce and fulfillment solutions for schools and large corporations we provide a variety of options to meet all creative tshirt needs!
We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are an upbeat diverse creative and passionate crew who are always looking to discover and implement fresh innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
JOB SUMMARY
Embroidery machine operators work with industrial machines to complete embroidery projects. They sew logos initials and other designs onto a range of fabrics and may also perform maintenance duties and provide creative input.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow style color and design guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Hoop and load garments on embroidery machines
Monitor machine and fix thread breaks
Conduct routine preventive maintenance
Count trim and fold garments
Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
H.S. diploma required
Previous embroidery experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate
Good vision and patience needed to thread needles
Must be a selfstarter and have high attention to details and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience prolonged sitting and to regularly stand walk carry climb reach and lift up to 25 pounds.
Requires of color vision.
