ChapmanAcura in Tucson Arizona is seeking a fulltime Mainline Technician to join our team. As a Mainline technician you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and repairs to our customers Acura vehicles. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance services and repairs on Acura vehicles including engine transmission electrical and suspension systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
