Job Description
Role: Manager (Engineering)
Experience: 10 Year (out of which 35 year should be in a team handling Exp)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Location: Delhi
Interview Type: Virtual & Final round F2F Interview
Interview Rounds 4 Round of Interview
CTC: Up to 2530 LPA (Average 1030 of hike could be provided on the current/ previous Fixed Salary)
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
Architecture design implementation and testing of deep learning software stack components
Performance tuning and optimization to achieve best performance in the industry
Technically leading teams in implementation and testing of software stack components
Identify technical limitations propose and implement strategic solutions
Responsible for productivity of the reporting team
Handson technical champion for driving the technical evolution of the solutions.
Skills Required
Strong hands on experience in C/Python software development in Linux environment
Strong in Data structure and algorithms
Experience of technically leading small teams
Experience in AI/ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch Tensorflow etc.
Experience in building and packaging software with Make CMake Bazel
GIT and Gerrit knowledge.
Customer focus Attention to details identifying training needs multitasking and computer competencies
35 year of Team Handling Experience is mandatory in total 10 year of experience
Passionate problem solver with ability to write efficient code
