The Position
The Project Manager is primary responsible for coordinating assigning and managing the team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time.
Job Duties
- Report to the General Manager
- Responsible for managing multiple team members on a job
- Responsible for overall management of one or more projects
- Evaluate and execute the scope of work
- Responsible for notifying General Manager when there is risk of project not meeting schedule
- Prepares schedule for projects
- Arrange for permits as needed
- Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered
- Create and maintain jobsite inventories
- If a responsibility or task needs to be completed fillin as needed depending on priority
Preferred Skills Experience & Requirements
- Good communicator
- Organize plan and prioritize work
- Knowledgeable of Local State and Federal code application and how to determine code requirements
- Knowledge of Industry policies and procedures
- Ability to set goals and monitor them
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in water flood fire smoke and mold remediation
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
