Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee largescale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions.
- Coordinate staff and internal resources.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes means and methods.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
