Hiring HHAs CNAs and PCAs Join PHILIA Dedicated Care Team in Northern Virginia
Location: Fairfax Virginia
Schedule: FullTime / PartTime / Flexible Shifts
Start Date: Immediate Openings Available

PHILIA is a wellestablished home care agency in Northern Virginia providing highquality compassionate care to clients in their homes. We are looking to expand our team with skilled Home Health Aides (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) who are passionate about improving the lives of others. Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay $17.00 to $21.00

Qualifications:
- HHA CNA or PCA certification required.
- Prior experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and follow individualized care plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes (valid drivers license preferred).
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings.
