Job Description
capco is looking for a data entryCoordinators that can manage data input processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing data entry teams maintaining databases and implementing data management strategies. Tasks involve quality control workflow coordination and system optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of information into computer systems
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Compile sort and organize data for entry
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Update and maintain accurate records and databases
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the department
Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with team members
