OB/GYN appointment setter needed for Monday Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4:30pm
Responsible for scheduling OB/GYN patients and relaying calls to appropriate personnel
Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi line telephone system in a professional matter
Must be reliable organized detailed oriented with excellent communication skills
Performs administrative duties verifying insurances and scanning documentation
